What if you didn’t have to entertain your child…
… but could move, create, and be inside the experience together?
“Move + Make” is a playful, heart-centered space where parents and little ones explore movement, art, and music side by side.
We begin with a gentle, guided creative movement experience inspired by expressive mark-making and bilateral play, then open into a joyful baby rave with music, dancing, and art stations for free exploration.
There is no right way to do this.
No performance. No pressure.
Just connection, expression, and being human together.
WHAT WE’LL DO
During our time together, you can expect:
• a soft arrival and settling-in space
• simple guided movement + “draw the music” art-making
• playful bilateral movement to support connection and regulation
• an open baby rave dance party
• art stations for ongoing creative exploration
• a gentle landing to close
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
This is more than a playdate or dance party.
This space is designed to support:• co-regulation between parent and child
• creative expression without pressure or outcome
• nervous system nourishment through movement and art
• shared joy and presence as a family
Your child doesn’t need to be guided or managed here.
And you don’t need to sit on the sidelines.
You get to enter the experience too.

ABOUT ECSTATIC CREATION
Hi, I’m Katie.
I’m a mom of two, art therapist, and creative expression coach. I create spaces for mothers to reconnect with themselves through art, movement, and creative expression.
My work is rooted in the understanding that art is not just something we make; it is a healing frequency that helps us return to presence, soften the nervous system, and reconnect with what is alive inside of us.
While I love creating experiences for families, my deeper focus is supporting mothers, especially those who feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own creative spark.
“Move + Make” is an extension of this work: a space where mothers can step out of performance and into play, presence, and shared experience with their children.
