Hi, I’m Katie Hall. I’m a mama of two, art therapist, artist, intuitive guide, and the heart behind the Ecstatic Mama Movement.

Ecstatic Mama Membership is a sacred space where creative mothers return to their center, reclaim their spark, and rise to their fullness.

This work was born from my own personal awakening - a moment that cracked me open and forever changed how I saw myself, motherhood, and the purpose of healing, creativity, and surrender, where I discovered that motherhood is not just about caring for others - it’s a powerful spiritual initiation, a portal to deep self-remembrance, a creative force all its own.

To me, “ecstatic” doesn’t mean always being joyful - it means being fully alive and luminous. It’s the freedom that comes when you reconnect with your body, your soul, and the sacred current of life moving through you.

I created this space for visionary mothers who feel the pull forward to something more - more expression, more presence, more vitality.Through therapeutic art, somatic practices, and deep inner work, I guide women back to their truth, helping them create lives that feel inspired, spacious, and fully aligned.

I help visionary, sensitive, and neuro-divergent mamas reconnect with their creative essence, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their story through therapeutic art, stop motion, and Divine Feminine embodiment. My mission is to create healing spaces where expression is sacred, intuition is trusted, and transformation unfolds - one frame, one breath, one creative spark at a time.
